Substitute the water and drink alot more green tea throughout your day.
Before you scratch your head in disbelief, just read the above sentence again and simply sip green tea whenever you feel a little bit thirsty.
Why?
Well, a few glasses of pure water a day when you need it is healthy, but too much water is actually very hard on your kidneys because water fills you up, although it doesn't nourish you.
On the other hand, white and green tea has less caffeine, and because tea contains plenty of catechins, this also creates a huge thermogenic effect which helps you trim excess body fat.
